Asked by Sandeep Pandit. Hi, I recently updated my Citrix Receiver client shkrtcuts v4. I have not been able rwceiver find any configuration settings to enable these shortcuts to work. I have the same problem on my laptop with windows 10 Home. I have 2nd laptop with windows 7 where I connect to the same citrix account and it can press 2 keys at the same time. And as I said in received previous post, shortcuts work with my computer with Windows 7 Enterprise but not with my Windows I wish someone from support could hear us I tried the webchat but it seems that it's never available.
